Repair/Service: had my car towed from tranny shop in st. louis to fenton MO

It was a horrible experience he was loading up my car on his flatbed when one of the cables broke. When the cable broke my car flew backwards and the rear panel got a horrible dent in it the rear taillight wad busted out and the cable scratched the hell out of my rear bumper. Luckily for me the fence stopped it from going into oncoming traffic on gravois road.This was on feb 25th and he told me he would have his body guy fix it. All that has happened so far is that the body guy looked it over and said id have to wait 2 weeks before he can get to it. So ill keep you informed bout what happens next. Me im not happy at all with any of this so id stay away if i was you
