Grease Monkey in Hagerstown, MD lost my business, and I have never been so negatively treated the way I have from this business (from the owner Pat not the manager). Pat was unable to provide me ANY info on my car such as who specificially worked on my car or where they purchased the parts from, as they stated "there is no need fo us to keep that kind of info." Grease Monkey tried to cover up a mistake they made and refuses to discuss the issue (now costing me over $1,000 to fix), throwing personal attacks at me before hanging up. Kind of ironic with their massive sign out front saying "See you at Church on Sunday" and their Bibles laying out for the customers who are waiting. Do not take your car there!!!!!
