Repair/Service: Battery replaced

Stuck in Jackson dead battery, went to goodyear in Jackson, tennessee. bought POS interstate battery and they charged a total of 190.00 for battery and installation in year 2010. Oh yeah, they forgot to reinstall the battery hold down clamp located at the bottom of the battery. Battery eventually die due to vibration and shifting into engine pulley after a year. Great job Goodyear, I hope you go out of business just like goodyear done in Covington when they were found ripping off people. 2003 Buick rendezvous, all you had to do was loosen a bolt to remove the fuse box, take 3 bolts out to remove a support bar, loosen the battery hold down screw, loosen 2 side terminals, and slide the dang battery out. If my husband was not in Iraq at the time he could have done it! Anyway, I had to replace this POS battery and did the work myself. You men ought to be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of a woman.
