Horrible, horrible, horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. Soon after Goodyear in East Peoria changed my brakes I called because my brakes were squealing constantly. They told me it was fine. This was 10 months ago. Today I went in to Midas for an unrelated matter and they told me my brake pads were faulty and needed to be changed right away. They showed me how the pads were disconnecting from the backing. I called Goodyear in East Peoria hoping they would honor their warranty. The man on the phone seemed please in discovering that I had driven enough miles to void the warranty. This is just the most recent event.
