Repair/Service: A/C Repair

I had my oil changed there and shortly afterwards the A/C no longer had cold air. I took it in and they recharged the system ($80) and said it was good to go. I drove it for 10 minutes, the cold air stopped and there was smoke coming from the compressor! I took it back and now they said it needed a new compressor, new dryer/accumulator, and new liquid line. They quoted me $740 for the repairs on Monday but they said they would have to order the parts. I called them back on Wed and the quote changed to $1033.96! I did some quick Googling and the parts, new with warranty, are less than $300 total. The quote showed 2 hours labor, which with their posted hourly rate of $99.00, means I should have been charged closer to $500. I am here to find a new shop I can trust!
