First of all, I would like to say that I am a very understanding person. I work in customer service and realize we are all human and make mistakes... That being said: I brought my car in for two repairs - One on each side. The repair took 5 days longer than they originally said, and when I went to pick my car up, not only did they completely forget to fix one side, my hood had scratches all over it and my front seats had wax and filth all over them. He made me bring it back the next week because he "didn't want to pay for a rental over the weekend". EXTREMELY inconvenient for me. They repainted my hood and cleaned up my seats, thankfully. When I went to pick it up the 2nd time, my window visor on the door that he fixed was broke. It's on the drivers side so I KNOW for a fact it was not broke. He told me it was broke before they started on the car WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE. He refused to replace it, and it will cost me $60+ to buy an entire new set. Overall I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the entire experience. I feel they did NOT care for my vehicle and did what was most convenient for them in every situation. I will make sure to recommend people NOT go there. That was NOT the reputable company they claim to be. Horrible service. GO ELSEWHERE!
