This is the worst transmission service shop ever!! The customer service element is severely lacking. I asked for one thing to be done and they took my whole transmission apart!! Very rude when speaking to me to the point where the police had to get involved. They refused to return my old parts, demanded cash payment, but they advertise that they accept credit cards. While I was there, 2 other customers were in the shop with similar complaints, so I did not feel alone :) Don't use this shop, they have an F rating with BBB!! Buyer beware!!!!!

Repair/Service: rebuild transmission

Hourly Rate: $80.00

Total Cost: $2500.00

This place is the worst scammer ever live in this entire earth. we've told our car just need transmission kit that cost under $500.00. Our car towed supposedly to be fix, but then he called stating the cost price will be $2500.00. If we just take our undriveable car,we still have to pay $500.00 plus towing fee which he stated free towing fee. We were trap and have no other choice else leave our indriveable car on his hand. When we get the result he just gave 6 months warranty. After 8 months the transmission falling apart. We took it to him because he is responsible for it. This hell isn't ended after few days not hearing nothing. We called and told that our car got towed and the car was towed for 7 days without that scammer letting us know and he still will charge to fix the transmission problem for $1200.00............NEVER GO TO THIS PLACEEEEEEEEEEE..........somehow, somewhere, sometimes he will reap what he sow......................KARMA IS A BITCH.........
