Repair/Service: oil and oil filter change

Recently I had my oil change with a differnet garage and watched as they removed the oil filter and drained the oil from my car. To my utter surprise I noticed the oil filter was different from the one I had provided Giant Tire 3 months earlier. The oil seemed to be not the synthetic oil i had also provided this business to use. You leave your vehicle with a confidence that they will replace the parts that you provide them and they ailed to do so. They used the cheapest oil filter and poil and kept the higher end filter and oil for themselves. I am very disappointed wtih this garage in being truthful and honest. I will never take either vehicle to them again. Beware of this place. And if you do use them request for the original parts and ensure they replaced them with the parts you provided.
