Horrible experience. I took my car there for what they said would cost about $200 and they found excuses to jack the price up to almost $600. My car was there for a long, long time and when I called for info I would almost always get, "He's not in. Call back in 5 minutes." The only time I could get info was when I appeared in person. I have had the car back now for 3 weeks and it's starting to leak transmission fluid again, but I will probably not take it back to Freddy's. Worst experience I've ever had with mechanics.

Repair/Service: transmission change

Twice went there to get rebuild transmission. the first time got fixed, after 3 months found out leak transmission. Came back there to have them fixed and after 5 months transmission broke down found out that the transmission oil was drain. Second time, got another rebuild transmission again. Half way on the way back home, the check engine light appeared. Went back there the next day and they said that there was something wrong with the torgue. Told me to come back there in a week, and when I called for info I would almost always get, "He's not in. Call back in 5 minutes and hold up for 20-30 mins". I have had the car back now for 4 weeks and it's starting to leak transmission fluid again, no way I'm taking it back to Freddy's. Worst experience I've ever had with mechanics and the installation.
