Repair/Service: Diagnose a humming noise

The diagnostic fee was reduced from $90.00 to $50.00 and they did diagnose the problem. The serpentine belt tensioner pulley was making the noise. The only issue was the estimate ($272.00). I purchased the pulley for $17.00 from the local auto parts store and installed it myself in about 45 minutes. I'm not sure why they wanted so much...
