Lied to me. Said they were going to replace a part and didn't. When I caught them and told insurance company not to pay they got upset. Charged extra for the part even though it was in original estimate. Also you would think that for charging over three thousand dollars for a little paint with no damage they would at least wash both sides of the car. They also tore apart the back of my car looking for something and left it that way. I don't know why my insurance company deals with these dishonest people and their outrageous prices. I will never go there again.
