    EVERYONE THERE WAS VERY NICE TO US. THEY GOT OUR CAR INTO THE SHOP RIGHT AWAY AND OFFERED US A GOOD PRICE ON THE REPAIRS TO OUR CAR. WAS SO NICE TO BE TREATED AS NICE AS WE WERE AND THEY HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

    I'm a long time AAA member so when my car wouldn't start I called them. A rather "pushy" man showed up, I think his name was Gary, & told me I should let him take my car to his shop instead of my regular place. Well, against my better judgement, I allowed him to take my car to his shop. They called me when the car got there & said they needed to charge me to look at it, I reluctantly agreed. About 3 hours later , they called & said "your battery seems to be ok but the alternator is bad". he said it was a "higher than normal priced part & there was 2 hours of labor involved". I went ahead & had them fix the car because I needed it but about a week later I had to replace the battery too. Now I wonder if I really needed the alternator. I would not recommend anyone going here, unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

    I recently was involved into an accident where my brakes failed. I was asked to bring my truck into Flagship and was even given a coupon for my next oil change. I just wanted the one brake line that had broken repaired. When they put my truck on the lift they noticed the reason for my line breaking was that the lines were rusted completely through. They recommended i fix all the lines because they said the back brakes had not worked for some time. I drive from Michigan and i am thankful for them. I just imagine going on the highway and it could have been so much worse. It might have cost me money but the peace of mind i will have now will keep me coming back every time I am in town.

    I have never been to the shop but this past saturday i had to rent a uhaul truck to move from marco island to Bradenton. At 11pm the truck i had rented broke down on the side of the interstate. I called uhaul and they said they would have a tech there as soon as possible i was very upset. Quickly after i recived a phone call from flagship tech assuring me he would be there within 20 minutes to a half hour, and made sure i was in a safe place and ok till he got there. Tech shows up in about 20 to 25 minutes ready to work on truck and get me on my way if possible. Tech had also brought me cold drinks and tryed to calm me down and assure me all will be ok. This whole time i really was wrong in going off on the tech i called him some things i shouldent and was really going off on him. Not once did he get angry at me or get upset even why he was doing his work on the truck ,and i kept venting on him. Its now about 2 or so AM the truck had major elec problem in which couldent be fixed without correct parts. The tech stayed there with me to make sure my truck and belongings would be ok. The tech then transported me to my home in which was nearly 60plus miles away. I have never meet a more professional and courteous person in all my life. The way i was treating him he could have just left and let someone else deal with the problem. I was so upset that i never once thanked him. Im writing this because if someone can work through a person (my self ) franticly going off on them for hours over something they had no control over then they deserve at least a thank you and a apology. I recomend flagships services to anyone! I think the guys name was Pat and want him to know im sorry for my actions that night. I live in Bradenton and will now make the short trip to venice to have all my service work done on both my personal vehicles. I wanted to email this but couldent find a email address. Thanks again for the great service.

    This past weekend I had broke down and had to be towed, it was late in the day on saturday and did not know what I was going to do about repairing my only vehicle. The tow driver had told me about there mobile service that was 24/7. A mechanic had come in and opened the shop up after hours just to get me back on the road. I was very pleased with the work done. Not only did the mechanic fix my truck but when finished he came and picked me up to get my vehicle back. Thanks Flagship auto and towing and a big thanks to the mechanic who took the time to help me out. Great service guys!

    Our car overheated out on 75, we were towed to this shop & told the head gasket on our car was leaking. We were quoted a guess at around $2000 for repairs. We didn't pay that much for the car so we signed the title over to them. Come to find out, they put a few hundred dollars into the car & one of the employees is driving it. So, if you like LIARS & THIEVES, this is the place for you. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
