The timing belt on my engine broke and damaged the engine heads. First Quality gave me 2 options replace the engine with a rebuilt engine for $4200 or let him replace all parts for $3600. I asked Bob (FQ) what he recommended he of course said letting him replace the parts was my best option since he would give me a 1 year warranty while the rebuilt engine only carried a 90 day warranty. Well, I let him do the job and now my engine is 'bleeding" oil. He failed to advise me that on an old engine such as mine ( Volvo '98 with194,000 miles) there's a good change that doing work on the upper portion of the engine would result in oil leaking into the worn lower portion of the engine.Don't trust this S.O.B.!!!! He does't care about what is best for the customer, only lining his pockets! He is trash!
