He's a thief and a liar. His luck will run out soon because people will catch on to his game. Good luck finding an honest mechanic.

Repair/Service: Over heating problem

Parking sucks. If you can get in the parking lot you might not get out. Very dirty and stinky office. I was treated like an idiot. He thinks he's the only one that knows how to work on a car. He told me something about my car I didn't believe. So I got a second opinion that saved me a lot of money. Dan's a jerk and is a rip off. I don't like how they do things there. They will say anything to get a sale.

The reviews are true. I was treated poorly. They didn't seem interested in listening to the problems I was having with my car. I would start to tell him the problems and he would talk over me. That seems strange to me. I had a hard time getting a word in. The owner talks so much I had a hard time getting away from him once he got started. The office is standing room only so if you have to wait it's not fun being a sardine. I stood the whole time waiting for him to help me and all the other people. I'm not sure why he was so popular that day. Only 4 people at most can fit in the waiting room. Only 2 people can stand at a time. It was very dirty and cramped. felt awkward like being in a small elevator in the ghetto. the parking is just as bad. I was there to get my car fixed but I couldn't leave my car there. There's no parking anywhere. I had to walk over from down the street. If I left my car there how would they find it? I would have to draw a map for them. Then where would they park it over night. I read a sign on Fastlane's door that says they take no responsibility for damage or theft to any cars in there parking lot. If you could see there parking lot you would understand that damage to any car is almost a guarantee. Zero stars for them.
