Very happy they found my brake problem.Three shops didn't check that the brake pads were cracked even though they were new.Family auto took the brakes apart and sent me a video showing the cracks in my brake pads that was causing them to squeak.Also advised me that my struts were bad and now with new struts my car rides perfect.The life time warranty is outstanding as well..Clean bathroom and fresh coffe too.

Found the problem the dealer couldn't at 1/2 the price.They apparently have great pride in their work.The technician e mailed me pictures and then the owner followed up with a phone estimate.Was finished on time.Waiting area had current magazines and fresh coffee.Bathroom was spotless. Steve even let my son feed the turtles! Now i know why its called "Family" Auto
