On 5/5/11 i went to this business to get an state inspection. i had an appointment at 830a and got to there at 815a. at which time my information was taken and the employees was told that the car was ready for inspection. it then took them 1hr to inspect my car. when told that there was some things that needed to be fixed, i told them that i would go somewhere else because i felt that the inspection took too long and any subsequent repairs would take up too much time as well. when the mechanic asked it i would return to get the car reinspected i told him no. Then he proceeded to argue with me about the fact that i did not want to patronize them anymore. i just paid for the services i received and asked if my keys were in my car and was told yes. The gentleman continued to argue with me and when i continued to say that i was not coming back he said thats fine because he did not want any of "my kind" around anyway. After i went outside to get my car i realized that it was not ready and waited another 10 mins for it after that i went back inside to ask them if i could get my keys and the man and woman behind the counter was laughing and joking about the whole thing. when they finally drove my car out of the service area the mechanic drove pass me to park the car in a parking space, then when i when to get my keys he refused to give them to me, i had to force them out of his hand. I then went back inside to see if i could talk to an manager i was told that the woman at the counter was the manager and when i asked to speak to the owner she refused to give me any information.
