I went to European Autowerks to have a key made for my Mercedes. The Mercedes dealership would charge $350 to order and program a key. I spoke to owner of European Autowerks, Scotty, who then agreed to do it for $200 and said he would have it to me in two days. Five days later, I called and called, no response. I had my dad pick up the key, and was charged $301. The key wasn't even programmed, so I had to go to Mercedes to program it, and finally a week later I could use my car again. All in all, with shipping, I ended up paying over $450 for the key. When I called Scotty to see why he would do something like this, he never answered the phone, but finally had his secretary call me, who said this is the price for the key. DON'T USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!!!
Wow...these guys saved our vacation! As we left the Port Angeles ferry we notice a rather substantial puddle of oil where we we parked. After checking in to out hotel we went to get some oil to top up what we'd lost. As I was pouring it in, it was dripping out. The gas station attendant told us of European Autoworks and I 'googled' it. They took the van in, hoisted it up and found the problem right away, fixed it, tested it and gave future recommendations for the van. They were professional, knowledgeable and informative topped off by a reasonable cost. James in particular was awesome! Thank you so much for getting us back on the road to enjoy our vacation. A big Canadian hug to you!
Outstanding service and sales . I will always deal with these folks when I need service. The lead Tech. James did an outstanding job in the diagnosis and subsequent repair. John did and outstanding job in selling my car in just 1 day. Give European Autos a try, you will be impressed.
This is the most professional service organization that I have ever seen! They have the training and knowledge as well as the same diagnostic equipment as the dealers do! Very Profesional and very protective of my investment- I will never take my car anywhere else,Scotty and James are great!
