First off these the employee at the front desk is RUDE...owner is nice but i feel hes a fake. Came here for certain intake system and engine leak fix....deal at audi dealership was maybe 150 bucks end up blowing engine Eurasian says its my fault end up charging me over 3000 dollars and insulting me saying i dont know anything about my car and it was doing certain things before they touched it. We argued forever about the problems which caused the engine to blow .....decided not to pay the full amount and they sued me saying it was my fault after 2 days driving down the road all lights showing up and within seconds the engine blowing. overall this has got to be the worst repair/service shop in the entire state (prob the world) just a big scam! they shouldnt even get 1 star

I had my car towed to Eurasian because they were recomended to me by a friend of the owner. Before I had it towed my friend called to ask about my specific car troubles and even asked the owner to "take care of him." I had it towed to Eurasian because my key was stuck in the ignition and the shifter would not come out of park. The shifter cable needed to be "straightened" and the "ignition sleve" had to be replaced. They originally said the whole ignition had to be replaced but when I told Luther the registered owner of the car was not available to sign a key/cylinder order form, he informed me it might just need a sleve. So after a week goes by I get a bill for $100 something in parts and over $500 in labor. They justifyied the labor cost saying it was more difficult because I have an aftermarket stereo/CD player. When I got into my car, after being raped by the bill, the key would barely go into the ignition. You practically have to force it. When I did get the key in to start the car the battery was completely dead. I had to go back inside the shop and ask for a jump. Later that day I noticed when the key is removed the screen on the dash still says 'Remove Key' and an annoying beeping sound continues until you get out of the car and close the door. The sound occurs anytime the driver's door is open. Heres the good part. When I brought the car back he said. "It was doing that when you brought it in" ... Of course it was. The key was STUCk in the ignition. One of the things I paid them to fix. After all the work and labor costs.. $500+ you think this beeping sound could have been sorted out. Instead he decided to give my car back with a problem that didn't exist before it came in. He said they don't always know what problems a car has before it comes in so it's not his fault they didn't fix it. But Luther never attempted to ask me if this was a problem before and if I wanted them to fix it or not. They must have shut the dirver side door to work on it because I don't know how anyone could deal with this terribe sound for more than a second, I literally get in and out of my car as fast as possible so I don't have to hear it. He was generally rude and unwilling to see the other side of this conflict, when I explained my position and said Im not going to pay to have this fixed he smugly handed me back the key and walked inside. This was the first and the last time I will give my business to Eurasian Auto and I urge you to consider any other option... maybe Import Services Greenville, Or Pirate Auto where I usually go.
