Repair/Service: Rear Brake job

I have a 2004 LS-430 and my car was at the lexus dealer, they told be my car needed rear brakes for state insp, they also told me I needed pads and rotors and pad sensors at a cost over 800.00. I googled lexus repair and found a guy who specializes in Lexus right here in Warwick, after he confirmed I did need rear brakes I was suprised at the price of 313.00 he said that since my car only had 40,000 miles and the fact it was rear brakes my rotors were ok to resurface and that since my brake light wasnt on I didn't need a brake sensor. I was compleatly satisfied with that answer and still had an extra 487.00 to spend on my grand kids for christmas. I appricate any auto repair shop that is honest enough to do the right thing while saving me money.
