Repair/Service: tried buying a vehicle

First, this husband and wife run business is one of the most time consuming, illiterate, unorganized, counter intuitive, counter-sales, horrible establishments I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I cant think of any more discriptive words to explain my experience with this lot. My first encounter was with a salesman (that quit the next day) who acted like we were wasting his time by being on the lot. Second, I encountered the wife ( who has no sales experience whatsoever) who explained to us that we could "leave in this vehicle for around 4,000 lower than the asking price. This, however, changed the following day when I attempted to trade my vehicle in where they explained that "the online price was a cash deal only" Oops they forgot to mention that during the talk about the vehicles. I could have looked passed this if I hadn't have spent all day on the lot waiting for them to DO SOMETHING. Finally, the bank responded with an interest rate I wasn't very happy with. They explained that since is was late in the day that they would try the banks they use first thing in the morning. Well, I waited all day and heard nothing. I called around 6:00 P.M. that evening and left a message to call me back. The next day I waited till around 11:00 A.M. and still heard nothing. I called E.J.'s back and spoke with the wife and I explained my frustration with the lack of concern of my business with them. She apologized and said she would call the bank right then. So she has waited 24 hours from the original time to call the banks and finally got to work. 4:00 P.M. rolls around and I still have not heard back. I called E.J.'s and spoke with E.J. himself where he explained that their banks couldn't finance at the maximum months and that I should try my personal bank. So all in all I wasted 1 whole day on this lot, accomplished nothing, followed up with them, and was told basically to find my own financing. Also, most of the vehicles on this lot have serious issues for example; the Jeep Commander labeled a 2008 when its really a 2006 has no power to any of the windows and the side door panel needs to be replaced. The Jeep Liberty Special Edition has no working touch screen or nav system. The Jeep Wrangler bounces out of control when speeds reach 45+ etc. and they still want full book value for the vehicles. this place should be shut down. Dont go there if you want to get a good deal and be treated like they want your business. you will be doing the work yourself.
