Repair/Service: Tow and alternator replacement

Total Cost: $614.84

Poor Poor service!!! Did not provide sales quote before working on vehicle and would have never paid $614.84 to have the alternator changed. We were informed that they could get a used alternator only to turn around and put a brand new one on. We could have made other arrangements if we would have known it would be this much.
