I find them to be very good and straight forward. They always are up front about ways for me to save money even if it doesn't mean using them. I have gotten tires for two of my cars over the years. Most recently they help me in deciding if I should buy a used car or not and with their recommendation I did not make the purchase. From what I heard about the car afterwards it was the right decision. I do almost all of my car maintenance there and will continue until I see reason not to.

If you are looking for honest, quality service, DO NOT use Douglas!!! Here is my experience... Took car in for tiny pinhole leak in lower radiator hose near sensor. Guys ordered a part, did not put it on because I had temporary rubber band things holding the hole. They basically charged me $80 to change anti-freeze. Next day at least 2 quarts of anti-freeze leaked out of my car at the grocery store from a completely different hole that they had caused. A few days after they repaired that a new leak emerged in the UPPER radiator hose that definately had not been there. It was tested. Took 4 or so days to have brakes repaired because boys couldn't get bolt off after I was assured that they could. Brakes squeal like crazy and scrub when going around curves. Boss left for the day so mechanic tried to overcharge me and said he was "dead serious" I would not get my car back unless I paid. I was reimbursed for the overage. They did bring my car to me after repairing it, which was nice. It would have been even nicer if the repairs would have been of good quality instead of being more troublesome than the original issue.
