I have NEVER had a worse experience with any automobile dealer. They are proven incompetent, arrogant cheats. I strongly recommend you avoid DePratu Ford servicing for any and all service needs. They talk out of one side of their mouth and have their hand in your pocket the entire time. I cannot stress how strongly I recommend you avoid them. They are simply not trust worthy and do not deserve your business. Huge disappointment. Will tell everyone and often.
