Repair/Service: 2 different cars worked on

Cost about $ 850 on second car we took & not sure about the first maybe $400
Not at all happy with work on first car we took a very expensive stereo was damaged they denied that they did it
The main problem we took it in for We had to take car back 3 times to get it fixed The first time we did not even make it out of parking lot !!
The second car we took in main reason was a transmission problem. drove it about 20 miles after we left the shop & then same problem, it will not go into gear until I stop put it in park and wait 10 minutes then it will go 20 miles again THEN I have to stop put it in park and wait 10 minutes again, ******BUT I asked for an 0 Ring to be put on the Windshield washer pump & plastic container because it was leaking ****a very good mechanic said thats all it needed Instead I got a New $ 66.00 Windshield washer pump Installed ****The old one still sprayed WATER !!!!! ????? iT JUST LEAKED because of $.50 (50 CENT!!) O Ring .......and a lot of other little things

BEST OF ALL They work in timely fashion and they even go the extra mile take you home if needed. David Car Care "DOES CARE!" Don't waste your time trying to get it done cheaply and than later realize (wished) you should have spent a little more to have the vehicle repair warranty the work and never have to worry about it again! All my life we have used vehicles and trust me, I learned price is never a factor but quality and honesty is worth every cent. I Have always used David Car Care never an issue and never had to take back in, they fix the problem the first time. The prices are lower than the dealers shop with the same quality repair results! What else can you ask for??? Thanks to Dave & Staff, I can honestly say, I wish your shop was here in FL. If I was able to drive my vehicles to your shop from FL, i would! Repair/Service: STRANDED WIFE AND CHILD

My wife and child were travelling to see my inlaws when my wife called me and said that the car (03-Odyssey)
was acting up and that smoke was coming out the back. I instructed her to pull over at the nearest place and
call her mother. I started calling around to shops in the Wilkesboro area. When I talked to David he really seemed concerned and was willing to help. He dispatched a tow truck to pick up the car and tow it back to
his repair shop. He took the time to look over the vehicle and informed me that the transmission had over
heated and the fluid boiled out of the trans vent tube. He added 2 quarts of fluid and test drove it and said that
he couldnt figure out what caused the tranny to overheat. Well my wife and child made it back home safe and
sound. It was so comforting to know that there are still caring honest people out there.
