Repair/Service: Intake manifold and more

I'm new to the Idaho Falls area, so I checked out several other shops and made a bunch of phone calls before I found these guys. I was referred to them by a machine shop. My Suburban is leaking fluid and needs a new intake manifold gasket, a broken bolt drilled out and tapped back, oil cooler hoses plugged, and an O2 sensor somehow removed and replaced. I do as much of my own work as I can, but this job is beyond my ability and goes deeper than my tool chest. Bill, the owner, is a straight shooter and as helpful as a man can be. He and his top mechanic diagnosed the trouble, told me exactly what I need and gave me a price that beat anyone else in town by a hundred and fifty dollars. Not only that, but they told me I could bring my own parts (if I wanted) AND they didn't charge me a dime for the diagnosis and estimate. No pressure. No bull. Just good old-fashioned service. The shop is near downtown Idaho Falls and I live in Ammon. But the drive is well worth it. I'll be trusting D & D Auto Clinic with any car trouble I or my wife have. They ain't fancy, but they're darned sure special. They even have a few used cars for sale, should you need to change horses. Bill and crew can't be beat, in my opinion. If you want service you can trust. Go see em.
