I have been to this shop several times. If it was not for one of the mechanics named Paul I probably would not go there. He is knowledgeable and give you straight facts, when no one else seems to be able to give me straight answers. Also the chick in the front office smokes too much. But if you want a great mechanic that will give you the real deal bypass the others and check out this guy named Paul he is a certified technician and found problems my dealer could not even find. I am giving a 4 for the auto tech. The customer service sucked but I rather have a fixed car than a smiling face.
