Repair/Service: simple tune up

took our car in for a simple tune up, they had it over 2 1/2 weeks, it ran when we took it there and now it doesnt run at all. they have no diagnostic machine to pin point the problem, yet they won't even tell us whether or not they have the capability of fixing it. They dont call to give us updates, they told us our car was completely fixed and charged us, yet we couldnt even get the car home. we have since taken it back 3 times, and we are out a car because they cant even get it to run the way it did before...all they did was change spark plugs. DO NOT TAKE ANY NEW VEHICLE TO COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE IN KALISPELL, MT.
