I would describe my experience with Clegg Car Care as a nightmare. We drove our car to their Orem shop and a month later towed it to the Doug Smith AutoPlex in American Fork to have it properly repaired. The car was actually worse after they worked on it. Management communication is the worse I have ever seen in a running business. They never had concrete information for us, ordered wrong parts, and once actually told us the car ready and when we went to pick it up told us it wouldn't start. I have heard them tell customers that their car is beyond repair. If you are one of these unfortunate people, please know all cars are repairable, just not at Cleggs. They did let us borrow a car to drive, but it overheated and broke down on the freeway. Their mechanics are not specially trained to deal with all car issues. All they can seem to handle are spark plugs and coil replacement. To boot, their parking lot is an absolute mess and navigation is not worth the trip. Will absolutely never go back. The worse car repair experience I have ever heard of. Also, sadly, we discovered the dealership charges just as much as Cleggs. Why go there at all, when the dealership can give you better treatment, service, and quality for the same price?
