The process went exactly as he had described and my car was repaired AND detailed to a shiny, clean and brand new-appearing status. This place is awesome and is, in every way, everything the other places are not: honest, friendly, helpful, and seemingly in it for the customer rather than themselves. It's strange but I honestly wouldn't mind being rear-ended again as long as I can go here to have it repaired.
