Terrible customer service....work standards are poor and customer service is even worse. Many problems after picking up my car including Clark writing a fraudulent reimbursement check, missing parts, dodging phone calls and not fixing problems his shop has caused. Full review of my wasted time at this shop for the past 6 months and counting is up on the YELP website.

I have known Clark for nearly 28 years and he has been very honest and dependable for the over 50 or 60 times that we have needed his services. Someone in our family is always seeing him at least every six months, for either car damage or mechanical repairs. He has always provided quality service and has the highest standards for workmanship and professionalism. I recommend his services to all my friends and acquaintences without reservation.

I met Clark when I was at a time in my life when money was hard to come by.
I had nothing left and especially no car. I was going door to door to
peddle my computer business, Futronics and eventually went into his shop
while dragging my daughter around on the only transportation that I had and
that was a Moped.

He was bold and flat out said ?this is not safe! Do you need a car??

Well, he gave me one that he let me make payments on it and or trade
services on his computers.

I could have just taken his car and never gone back. He never held me to
my payments but I paid him back and we are now good friends today.

Thanks Clark for get me out of a jam,

I not only know Clark but I used to work for him many years ago before I got old and gained weight just like he has.

He has serviced our whole families car care needs for as long as I can remember. Just last week he got me out of a jam and replaced my radiator on a Friday afternoon and let my wife make it to a very important horse show the next day.

Two days ago I brought a friends jeep in that both my friends and I tried to fix. I called Clark and he said “bring it in”. Within 20 minutes Clark had it diagnoses as the Battery being jumped backwards and the computer getting fried. The first 3 minutes he asked my buddy to check the radio because Clark bet it wouldn’t work. So my buddy checked it and Clark was right. Because he said that the first thing to go when a Battery gets jumped improperly is the stereo.


As of today he has my wife car from a wreack I just had and will be posting another review very soon.
