Repair/Service: Vehicle towed

Chuck's service towed my van. The driver broke a bracket and two clips when he raised the flatbed of the tow truck up under my bumper and bent my bumper up about 4-6 inches. The driver didn't even have the courtesy to tell me what he did. I had to approach him on it. Then he didn't even want to give me a copy of the receipt (I asked him to note on the receipt the damage he did to my vehicle). The owner Chuck, fixed only the cheap little clips and said he was not fixing anything else because he is not responsible for unforeseen damages. I guess in his mind that when his driver makes a mistake, that constitutes unforeseen damages. I guess any damage is unforeseen then. So his business can pretty much do any damage to your vehicle and he can claim that it was unforeseen. He then went on a rant and hung up on me. This owner and his driver have no integrity and are interested in the almighty dollar only and not the customer's best interest, at least not this customer. I don't wish him any ill will, but I will never use his services again.
