At Chris Bordner Auto Body customer satisfaction is our primary objective. We take pride in our workmanship, ensuring each procedure is properly executed down to the most meticulous details. We strive to complete each repair with utmost proficiency and exactitude. In the uncommon occurrence that we should encounter a dissatisfied customer, we highly encourage them to contact us so that we may address and correct any concerns they may have. A “fish eye” is a rare but verified situation which results from a small airborne contaminant becoming inadvertently caught in the clear coat. This circumstance is easily addressed by re-sanding and buffing the effected surface area. We are bothered to hear that this customer was dissatisfied with the repairs to his/her vehicle, and we respectfully urge him/her to contact us so that we may amend any concerns he/she may have. Sincerely, The Staff of Chris Bordner Auto Body
