In the uncommon occurrence that we should encounter a dissatisfied customer, we highly encourage them to contact us so that we may address and correct any concerns they may have. A “fish eye” is a rare but verified situation which results from a small airborne contaminant becoming inadvertently caught in the clear coat. This circumstance is easily addressed by re-sanding and buffing the effected surface area. We are bothered to hear that this customer was dissatisfied with the repairs to his/her vehicle, and we respectfully urge him/her to contact us so that we may amend any concerns he/she may have.
