Terrible! Incompetent! They kept my car for two weeks with excuse after excuse. After I finally got it back the next day I drove to work to discover at the end of the day there was no oil in the car. They paid to have it towed in and let me drive the owner's car. Kept the car another day or two and then gave it back... still leaking oil. They said that that oil was just something that just needed to be wiped off of the bottom (really, when it was leaking clean oil). Residual from the service would have been dirty driving from Temple. I took the car to Porsche and was told that whoever worked on the car didn't know what they were doing. Champion refused to reimburse me 100% of the Porsche dealer's service. The owner has a bunch of certifications on the shop wall: BMW, Porsche, VW, Audi and even Lamborghini. Note that I said 'Porsche:' When he got in my car (and this should have been a sign) he didn't know that Porsche ignitions are on the left side of the steering wheel on the dash :-( I gave them one star only because I had to rate them.
