Repair/Service: Fuel Module Replaced

Buyer Beware! I will never have my vehicle serviced by Carl Black Kennesaw again. They had to remove the fuel tank in order to replace the fuel module. After they completed the repair, they did not fill the tank to ensure its safety. I filled the tank and took my vehicle home. It leaked in my garage resulting in an 8 ft. puddle of gasoline and a hazard to my family. The gasoline has now damaged my garage floor and seeped into the concrete. A professional estimate of $1800 for cleaning/grinding and refinishing the garage floor has been presented to Carl Black, and they are only willing to cover $500 of the cost saying that they are only responsible for the 8 ft. section of my garage. The floor didn't require cleaning and refinishing until they worked on my vehicle! Now, the ENTIRE floor has to be done. Don't take your chances with these guys. They shouldn't even receive one star in order to post this review.
