I diffidently am dissatisfied with service rendered from Cardozas auto. He literally had knowledge of a defective product in the past with one of his venders and still took their chances on installing it onto my vehicle without my permission thus vehicle leaving me stranded on the hwy. Ryan took his word back and didn't want to accept responsible and wanted to charge me an additional $ 500.00 for a factory part. he also didnt want give any refunds for defective part nor took any consideration of time lost at work and towing fees. I sent letter to BBB and mentioned it to Ryan and he said go for it that he had many do the same and won them all. Its obvious that this outfit has had preveous customer coplaints and they intentionally pick consumers pockets. This place is a total rip-off.

I called cordozas auto repair becouse I seen my car leaking really bad. The owner advised me that he would perfer me to have the car towed in just to make sure I didnt damage the car by over heating. I thought that was wonderful. They called me with a quote and gave me a date when it would be finished. Cordozas auto was wonderful and very professional, I would recomend cordozas auto to anyone

Upon my visit to Cardozas Auto Repair my dispute was finalized. I discussed my issue with manager Daniel Doncea and the gentlemen was very courteous. He apologized on the behalf Ryan Cardoza and gave me a full refund for fuel pump as well as discounts on future service to my vehicle equaling my losses. Although i ended up in the hole $ 1800.00 I left the repair shop content knowing Ryan accepted responsibility.

Repair/Service: engine replacement

Dan and his staff are incompetent, rude, and if not watched closelywill take advantageand overbill for parts and materials. Shop around. He gave me 6 different deadlines for repair,and blew them all. after 6 weeks I still don't have my truck back. He has lots of BS and excuses to go around. Avoid them please. Save yourself the headache. Dan is a jerk, and after I complained it ended in a screaming match.

Repair/Service: Part Replacement

I took my vehicle into these guys for a simple part replacement because I needed my vehicle quick and I didn't have time to do it myself. Should have sent it to dealership. After they told me the price, I called the dealership and asked a price for the exact same replacement. Even with their higher rates I would have saved hundreds of dollars. I was charged triple the hours it actually takes to replace the part. Horrible!
