bought a car and within a month the transmission went, they said they repaired it, the next week was back at the garage for the same issue, said they repaired it, was back at the garage the following week, have been without the car for 20 days and counting. they refused to give me a loaner and refused to fund my money per the Attorney Generals office. Have yelled, screamed and hung up on me. TERRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THEM

They sell LEMONS!! My husband & I just settlement a 18 month lawsuit with Car Town USA, I was 4 months pregnant & had my 7 yr old & 2 yr old when they sold us the 2004 Tahoe that didn't pass safety inspection, transmission blew up 2x among other problems. Raymond Dussault, Jr. Owner admits that they will sell you a vehicle let you drive off the lot knowing that it may not pass safety inspection. They do not have a check safety list they go by prior to selling a vehicle. They also don't have an accurate system in place for invoices or receipts, so it's easy for them to take advantage of you and they will!!! The do a good job of detailing the outside of a vehicle but doesn't mean anything if the rest of the vehicle is crap! I hope this message will help someone not go through what we have. DON'T BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM CAR TOWN USA
