Repair/Service: Oil Change on my car & Tune-up on my wife's car month's later

Hourly Rate: $11.25

Total Cost: $144.00

The $144.00 was for my wife's tune-up, oil change and wheel balance. Which was the cheapest I could find anywhere in Jacksonville, FL.The tune-up alone at the Nissan dealership started at $149.00 which did not include a oil change or wheel balance. Tire Kingdom where I usually go was starting at $93 for the tune_up only.

I am very happy driving 15 miles to CarMasters in O.P. because they treat you will kindness and respect. It's been about 8 months that I've been here and Lonnie greeted me by my name when I entered his shop. This was without me giving them advanced noticed of my coming in. This is what I call Outstanding Customer Service!

I would highly recommend that you give Car Masters Automotive Repair a shot to compete for your business. I have never felt more at ease with a mechanics shop at anytime, until I came here.

As an example, the spark plugs my Altima needed costs about $21 a piece and they don't make after market plugs for this particular car. Lonnie called the Nissan dealership and put the shop on speaker phone so I could hear the cost for myself. I didn't doubt him in the first place, but this goes to show you how honest these guys are when doing business. If you're needing a repair shop to go to that you can trust - This is it.
