Repair/Service: water pump installed
Hourly Rate: $50.00
Total Cost: $350.00
Do not take your car there. I had my water pumped replaced and it took over a week. I went to pick up the vehicle and noticed that my stereo had been stolen. I had to argue with the owner to get my stereo replaced. Two weeks later I had to take my car to another shop because they put the timing belt on wrong. Oh by the way the surveillance cameras do not work there either.

Repair/Service: northstar engine tune up
Hourly Rate: $90
Total Cost: $875
I had the engine tuned up to my 1999 oldsmobile aurora. Mr. Bynum personally tuned my car, what I would call to perfection. Not only was the price reasonable, but my car ran very smoothly. Because of this i send several people to him frequently. None of them had anything negative to say about the service from Mr. Bynum. Id like to add all the females were very impressed with his service. Mr. Bynum takes the time to explain what is wrong with your vehicle, he breaks down how he can repair it, and he explains if you want patch work done he will send you elsewhere. He prefers to do it right the first time. I'll reccomend him to anyone, because of his integrity.

Repair/Service: Tune-up/Timming Belt/Electrical quirks fixed
Hourly Rate: $90
Total Cost: $1230
I took my VW Jetta to several mechanics who wanted to charge me close $3000 to fix what they couldn't identify as an issue. The dealer wanted more than that. Mr. Bynum, just through symptom explanation had an idea of what it could be. He called to communicate exact amouts of what I needed and explained what the problems were in a way I could understand. I have recommended many customers who have also received outstanding service. He and his staff are true experts who don't solely rely on diagnostic machines. They seems to understand how cars function and can resolve quirks others seem to have no clue with this new reliance on diagnostic machines. Because the shop is popular and a small business, waiting time can be longer than one would like. Option 1: pay excessively for unnecessary repairs to finally get to the root of the problem in a few hours and several trips back in the coming weeks. Option: wait a couple of days to get your car back fixed having paid a reasonable fee, You choose!
