Horrible service! Extremely rude & communication is terribly unprofessional. I tried calling these people after having my car towed & they would not pick up my calls. How hard can that be? Once they finally picked up they did not want to give out any names as to whom I was talking to & said " I had to come up with $300 to get my car back & that's it". Once I showed up, I handed them my credit card & he demanded CASH ONLY..SHADY! (I should have been told they only accepted cash on the phone!). The guy still demanded I walk to an ATM & cared less I had no ride to get there & back. FAIL
