Repair/Service: New Tires
Hourly Rate: $0
Total Cost: $350
Adam hooked us up with a great tire deal here. We were not expecting to have to purchase new tires for our road trip, but thank goodness we came in, it was pretty bad. Price matching, top notch service. Always honest and doing the right thing for the customer. Now, you do the right thing and visit tire pro's, you'll be a lifer, trust me!

Repair/Service: Oil Change
Hourly Rate: $30
Total Cost: $30
I took my car in for an oil change with them for the first time. They took hours and there was only one lady in the waiting room. They told me it would "only" be about an hour, which I thought was already long enough for an oil change. The worst part is that when I got home. I parked the car in my driveway and there was oil all over the place. I called them back they said it was just from oil that spilled and they didn't have time to clean it right. I told them they needed to come clean the oil off of my driveway and they started laughing at me. I didn't feel I should have to clean up after their admitted mistake. They refused to come and offered me some powder to do it myself.
The next day my car light came on that told me my engine was hot! I called them back and told them it was now overheating and the guy Edgar said there was nothing they could do because it was just a coincidence and people try to blame them all the time for things they don't do. HE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT MY CAR! How could he know its not his fault? I took the car to Jiffy Lube and they discover that the oil filter was not screwed on properly and all my oil was gone. I had them do it right at Jiffy Lube and I've had no problems. I don't see how Brian's Tire Shop is still in business. The entire staff is rude, they don't take responsibility for their faulty work, and if they're having trouble doing an oil change, I would hate to have them do anything else to my car.by Kjirsti on October 18, 2012
