Repair/Service: I had all of my rotors and pads replaced

After less than 10,000 miles on my car, my pads were squealing. So, I took my car in for a brake checkup at another repair shop. I was told that rotors were good on all 4 wheels; the pads on my front 2 wheels were in good condition; the pads on both of my rear wheels were also in good condition; the inner pads on my rear wheels were completely worn down to 2mm (per brake key).

I took the car back to Brake Stop in San Marcos, and the manger (maybe the owner) told me that he would do a brake inspection but would charge me for new pads and labor.

As a customer, it appears that I paid for new rotors and pads on all 4 wheels, but Brake Stop did not use new parts for the inner rear pads. I would not recommend taking your car in for repair. The manager/owner can not be trusted.

Trust me you've been warned...
