I don't think anybody "loves" taking their vehicle into the shop; however, the "guys" at Boulevard Tire and Service (and I only say guys, 'cause I haven't seen any gals yet) have been very fair and honest. I had our Ford F350 in the shop getting some work on it and there was an unexpected part that needed to be replaced. It was going to be an extra $340. Mike told me up front that not replacing the part would not cause me to breakdown, but it would put extra wear on my tires. If I couldn't afford to replace the part now, he'd recommend replacing it as soon as I could. I felt he was very honest. I've priced out all of the parts that they've put on at Amazon and they do not seem to put much of a markup on their parts at all! Every time we've had the truck in (only 3 times) they've had same day service! They must be good, because their parking lot is always double parked and they are always having to jockey cars around. They have five bays and they are always full from 8 AM to 5 PM! I don't know of any other place in the Safford area that will treat you as well or be as fair as these guys!
