Repair/Service: New driver door and other repairs

I was in a minor car accident a few weeks ago and got several quotes for having a new door and some other work done on my car. Bobby Ray's gave me the best quote and even when the final price was going to be higher than what they quoted me, they didn't want to renege on the original price so they let me pay them the original quote. They'll explain everything in lots of detail (though a lot of it went over my head since I know nothing about cars) and kept in contact via phone. The work was done really well and Robert was sweet and honest and a fair businessman. Hopefully I wont have any reason to take my car there in the future, but should I need more body work done, this is where I am going to go.

Repair/Service: estimate for repair

My concern is not repairs, but a personal observation with the proprietor. As of late, he is very foward with female patrons, making many very uncomfortable and not wanting to return to the business. I would be wary.
