After and accident in October 2011 my insurance recommended Rohrmans as they were one of the preferred shops. After a month I finally was able to pick my car up (did not receive the requested phone call updates on the progress of my repairs, when calling them I felt as though I was getting a run around), the car was running very rough, an obvious miss fire and I heard a vacuum leak from the passenger side of the car, and the passenger door would not open. I called them right away and they asked me to bring my car back in which I did the next day as it was to late that day. The “mechanic” I spoke with took my car back to the shop for about 30 minutes, the passenger door still does not open easily and was told that there was not a vacuum leak, it was a pulley going bad.. I took my car into another shop for the obvious fixes for a miss fire, tune up, oxygen sensors, ect. That still did not fix the problem. Finally I found a shop where the mechanic was willing to dig into what was really wrong with my car. Come to find out there WAS a vacuum leak, during the initial repairs at Rohrmans they did not replace the vacuum reservoir, the vacuum hose was not attached anything, was just laying there. So, now, 4 months later and an additional $2000 in repairs, my car still does not run like it did before the accident. Perhaps if they had spent the time and money on fixing the real problem instead of maxing out my insurance claim on body work that was not actually needed I might still have a reliable car. WOULD NOT EVER GO BACK!
