  • Repair/Service: New spark plugs and spark plug wires, New fuel filter, LOF, Aim front headlight, Fuel injector service

    Hourly Rate: $75

    Total Cost: $710.00

Average service department. Took my 99 Cadillac Devile in at 100,000 miles for spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, aim one headlight, and drivers side window did not work.
    Service was fine although expensive.
The service person said my drivers side window did not work because the window regulator needed to be replaced but, they could not get the part and it wasn't made anymore. He recommended I go to a junk yard to get one.
I got home and removed door panel, water shield and window regulator motor. I put the regulator motor back on and the window works fine now.
I could tell the watershield had never been removed, I don't think they even looked at the window motor or regulator. I cannot comment on sales department but, I would not recommend Bob McDorman's service department when your car needs service
