I would HIGHLY recommend you got to OKC, Tulsa or Dallas to get ANY service work. We went in and thoroughly explained for 20 minutes what issues were going on.....after 5 days they finally call only to ask us what we were having issues with and what exactly we wanted. Then they tell us that they don't hear the interior cabin noise or the noise while turning in suspension. Son drove around with the manager and he heard the interior cabin noise and told him there wasn't anything that could be done about that. He then heard the noise on suspension when my son turned right and he informed my son he had a lot of warranty left and if it got worse then to come back....SERIOUSLY???? I called numerous times asking to speak to the Service Manager....he would never get on the phone and to this day (a month later) he has yet to call me. Bumper was never looked at (it needed repair because a buggy hit it).....detail was never done and windshield was never repaired. ALL they did in "12" days is an oil change and filter change. COMPLETELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!! My son gave his review on their Facebook page and not only did they delete the review but they unfriended him! Hate for people to know the truth about their incompetence!!! Took car to another Hyundai dealership in another city and I'll be darned if they fixed EVERYTHING!!!! Even the interior cabin noise and the suspension noise!! Not only were the efficient, they were kind, polite and helpful, unlike this dealership.
