If I could rate lower than one star I would. My vehicle was towed from a McKinney business parking lot after being there for only 10 minutes. The tow was justified however the way Big Bass handled me from there was not. When I called they told me it would be $129 to get my vehicle out of impound. When I showed up to recover my vehicle they stated the McKinney location was closed and that I would have to wait until a driver showed up and I needed $296.00, my ID, and my registration. I told the employee I was told $129 and she said that was wrong it was going to be $296.00 if I wanted my vehicle today. I called the police and made a complaint.
