I did not have any service done, but I did buy some hard to find plastic interior parts from their parts department. The guys there were awesome, and very knowledgeable because I didn't have the original parts (missing since I bought the car) and they still looked it up and found the right stuff. The prices are obviously a bit high compared to other places, but otherwise it was a great experience.
