I spoke with Wayne (Mngr.) on a Saturday and he quoted me a price of $357.75. He also told me he would take 10% off of the parts but he couldn't have the work done until Tuesday, but all the information would be in the computer. I brought it back, had the work done but Wayne was not there & Stuart (Mngr ?) would not honor the 10% discount. I located Wayne at their Costa Mesa store and called him. He talked with Stuart but could not back up the promise he made to me. It seems Wayne was not authorized to make this deal.
Once again, in this industry make sure everything is in writing not just (in the pc)
I will never return to a business that deceives a customer and does'nt back the claim/promise that their employee made.
