These people are complete idiots!

How they have managed to fool the Fort Myers BBB and any other official consumer body is criminal. I spent my time and my own money over months trying to get these morons to do what they claim they are "experts" at doing. If you care to have a list of their screw-ups, let me know.

Stupid, dumb, and lacking in any type of consumer relations I look forward to the day when they vaporize like dust in the wind of incompetence.

In response to th, we tried to accomodate you. You did forget to mention that the car had been wrecked previously and another company had "fixed" it. The "air sound" was not our issue but from the prior accident.
Remember, honesty is the best policy.
Also, the last time you were in, you had wrecked the car AGAIN. Maybe you should learn to drive. Sorry you were un-satisfied. Out of our 2500 customers last year, you were our only complaint.

Repair/Service: Towing, Body work & mechanical work

They were quick and friendly. They own a towing company and a body shop (mechanical and body work!). I used them for all three services and they went above and beyond to make me happy. And I was a hassle.
They are honest and try their best to give the best deal possible without putting themselves out of business. I totaled one entire side of my car and they not only made the body look great, they fixed the alignment. It was seriously out of whack and they got me after market parts where possible to keep the cost down. They guarantee their work and are a one stop shop. It's the opposite of a big corporation- it's a small shop that really cares about making you happy. Danielle & Doug (owners) both explained everything that needed to be done and why- it was super helpful cause I was really confused. I highly recommend them!!!
